I met up with the Tall and gorgeous Ladies putting on the Sarahi Fashion show at Funkshion on Saturday, October 23rd. I set up 3 550ex units on TT5 transcievers. I took a few shots of the Kids show, some backstage candids of the Sarahi models, then stuck around for the Islands Of The world show. My lights were competing with the big tungsten runway lights, and the 5D seems to set the same shutter speed at different ISOs for some inexplicable reason. I still got quite a few real gems. Here I have simply uploded everything wherre the model, the couture, or both, look decent or better.

They were sent home – though the school sent no one else home. The girls wore beige leotards and nude stockings under white briefs and red capes. They were completely covered.
Superhero Day was part of Long Beach High School’s Senior Week.Principal Nicholas Restivo said he knows they weren’t naked, but it appeared that way, so he sent them home. He didn’t like the way they looked.

Personally I won’t have wanted my daughter dressed this way but the girls were completely covered and no stipulations had been put on outfits.

Our American society is too uptight about sexuality and our own body’s.
The costumes were humorous.
People need to relax.
I guess one question I would have would be… Were the girl’s outfits causing a disturbance in the school? There are certainly rules against that.
I also saw that this morning, I thought it was ridiculous. They were covered more than most girls wear to school on a daily basis. Other than the outfits being unusual, they should have not been kicked out of school.
I think that is crap! I love captain underpants and their outfits where cool! I would let my daughter where it for hero day! You can tell they are completely covered! He probably didn’t like it because of the principal in the captain underpants book!
People are idiots….no one can do anything anymore without somebody whining about how they are offended by it….people need to quit their whining and worry about more important things….those girls weren’t doing anything wrong…maybe the principal should try focusing as much of his attention on education as he does on whether or not he likes the way his students look.
These girls were trying to take advantage of the system. They thought they found a loop-hole.
They should be sent home and made to do sit-ups.

I don’t think there was anything wrong with it. IT would be a different story if they were naked or they drew nipples on themselves or something. I can remeber girls getting in trouble for wearing bikinis to school on beach day. I think thats worse because they wern’t covering very much. If there fully covered in nude leotard whats the difference if it was blue?
He is probably a closet pedo and got so turned on he had to send them home or spend the day hiding the tent in his pants.
No, they were just having fun, and being a little creative. I bet he wouldn’t have sent home Wonder Woman, and her outfit leaves nothing to the imagination.
