Question by iplaybball45: What do you wear to a Yoga class at a college REC Center?
What do guys and girls wear to Yoga class at a college Rec center? Are you supposed to wear like a leotard and ballet tights, unitard, or what? Also are there certain colors you should stick with to help keep the relaxing mood in check?
Please post links to pictures for me of what I should wear, I am a 20 year old male, really skinny with a good body.

some like to wear fitted clothing like spandex. i wear just a pair of loose sweat pants and a loose fitting t-shirt.
